I love the idea of this because it serves as an inventory of ourselves. Taking the break from writing it to pulling it back out provides us the opportunity to view it with fresh eyes, thus giving us a more accurate self appraisal. From this self appraisal we can launch ourselves into what we truly want to see on our list!!
