Whether you’re beginner or advanced — I will customize a plan that will help you achieve your fitness goals and positively impact your holistic quality of life!


Because I am independent and not affiliated with any commercial gym, I can be flexible in designing a program of physical fitness and training that best takes account of your current condition and situation. 

Individualized Sessions

For example, I can come to your home and bring dumbbells, bands, or other equipment to help you get started in your journey.  Perhaps you have a fitness center at your community center, but are intimidated by it and overwhelmed with the equipment or even where to start.  If so, I can meet you at your community fitness center to assist you in becoming familiar with the equipment available to you there, how best to incorporate those tools into your regimen, and design a program to guide you towards achieving your fitness goals.  If you prefer, you can have access to my state-of-the-art gym that includes specialty bars, battling ropes, bands, chains, sleds and other equipment all designed to take your conditioning to the next level! 

Online Personal Training

This option allows me to work with clients with busy schedules or out-of-state! This allows me to work with clients virtually, so they can workout on their time, when it works best for them, and still receive the guidance and motivation they need to be held accountable! Online personal training includes a fitness assessment consultation, nutrition guidelines, monthly workout regimens, and daily or weekly check-ins for accountability! (Depending on personal preference) Clients send me their meal plans for the week and will give suggestions or recommendations based on their custom program, and I have plenty of recipes I can share as well!

Programming

I can consult with you to help identify your individual needs and goals.  From that, I will partner with you to develop a training program designed to help you achieve your specific goals in a time frame you desire.  This would take into account your current fitness level and the time you are able to commit to your progress.  Your program and progress would then be re-evaluated and adjusted as frequently as necessary to accommodate your needs.

Nutrition

If you are struggling with making good nutrition choices, let me help!  While I do not have credentials as a registered dietician or medical doctor, I can share dietary advice based on my experience and other dietary guidelines.  If you are confused by the various “popular” alternative diet philosophies, I can explain the differences between them and what you should be doing to attain optimal wellness.  I can also discuss with you any supplements you may be considering, and even your shopping list before you head out to the grocery store.  If you are looking for healthy recipes that are both healthy AND delicious please let me help! 

Recovery

An essential component of any fitness regimen is the effort put into recovery.  Methods of recovery may include active recovery, compression, ice baths, and applied heat.  Deciding when, and how, to incorporate these different tools into your fitness program can make a critical difference in your progress and your holistic quality of life! The old adage “no pain, no gain” is foolish.  Pain is a sign from your body that something is wrong.  You may be doing an exercise with improper technique, not getting adequate rest between workouts, or not following the proper recovery regimen.  Working smarter, and necessarily harder, often will result in achieving your fitness goals much safer and more quickly!!  Let me Positively Impact Your Holistic Quality of Life!!
